Manywages Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners across the Burgettstown area with independent providers who handle AC repair, furnace repair and system replacement. If you run your own HVAC business, joining the network is a way to reach homeowners who are looking for help right now.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or technicians. We work with independent contractors who run their own companies.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who are comfortable with older homes. That means aging furnaces and air conditioners, tight basements, stone and block foundations, and the surprises that come with past repairs. Experience with multi-family buildings and Cape Cod style homes is a plus.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Run an established local HVAC company
• Work on both heating and cooling systems
• Explain problems in plain language
• Serve homeowners in or near Burgettstown

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us worried about comfort, safety and cost. We ask providers to treat them with respect and to keep things clear.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require
• Give quotes in writing and explain what drives the price
• Be honest about whether repair or replacement makes sense
• Never pressure a homeowner into a decision
• Respond to referred requests as quickly as your schedule allows
• Stand behind your own work and warranties

Providers set their own prices and run their own jobs. We do not direct how the work is done.

How Referrals Are Paid For

Providers in the network may pay a fee for referred homeowner requests. We will share the details when we talk. There is no obligation to join until you have read and agreed to the terms.
