About Manywages Heating & Air and How Referrals Work

Who We Are
Manywages Heating & Air is a referral service for homeowners. We help people in Burgettstown and the Burgettstown area reach independent HVAC providers when heating or cooling goes wrong. We are not a contractor. We do not send out workers, and we do not do the repairs.
Why This Service Exists
Finding a good provider is hard when the furnace quits in January or the AC fails in a humid July. It is even harder in an older house. Old systems, past repairs and tight basements raise questions that a quick search will not answer. We built this site to make that first step easier. Old house, clear answers.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what is going on. It might be a unit that will not cool, a furnace that will not start, or a system you think is due for replacement. We then point you toward a local provider in our network that handles that kind of job in your area. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be honest about the problem, to explain pricing in plain words and to give a quote in writing. We also expect them to hold any licenses and insurance their local rules require. As a homeowner, you should still confirm those details yourself before work begins.
What We Do Not Do
We do not perform HVAC work. We do not set prices, and we do not promise results or response times. We do not make claims on your behalf. Insurance is between you and your insurer. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay a fee for referred homeowner requests. Using Manywages Heating & Air does not add a charge to your bill. The price of the work is set by the provider you choose, which is why we suggest getting the quote in writing.
A Few Things Worth Knowing About Costs
Typical U.S. prices vary a lot by job. A small AC or furnace repair can run from under two hundred dollars to a few hundred. Larger repairs can climb into the thousands. A full replacement often lands in the several-thousand-dollar range or higher. Older homes can add cost when ductwork, venting or access needs extra work. Quote in writing, and ask what is included.
